I hope you are keeping well. I'm very sorry to hear that you did not receive the adapter with your Magic Wand Rechargeable. Our team always makes sure to include an adapter with every wand so that you can use it right away. Please note that the adapters are wrapped in bubble wrap and may have been in the box separately. In the past, some customers have missed the adapter due to this. Can you please take a look and see if it is there? If not, please let me know and I will arrange for an adapter to be dispatched in Monday's post. I look forward to hearing back from you.

I use the wands for body therapy sessions, they are very powerful. Very happpy with them!
